In this in-law suite in a fully automated island home we have a touch-screen, remote control, and wireless keypad for lighting control.

When you arrive or depart from this fully automated home, you need to enter the security clearance through the touch-panel, and control anything else you may want to do, like turn the lights and music on by the pool.

Some lights need to be placed in a secondary location due to the size of the home, we accommodated for this.

These stairwells light up when you walk into them. No need to turn the lights on in this house, as it adjusts for your movement. Functionally turning on and off as you enter or exit zones of the home.

A Dining Room off the Kitchen which is also apart of and has the ability to control the distributed audio and video and other luxuries of the home.
